Mashed carrots


  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 zucchini (without skin)
  • 4 slices of cheese type tranchetes
  • Olive oil
  • Vegetables soup
  • Shall
  • Pepper

How to make carrot and zucchini puree

Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and put them in a bowl, add the broth until the vegetables are covered and one more finger, cook for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Once the time has elapsed, we put all the vegetables, the broth and cheese in the blender glass, add salt, pepper and blend until we have a smooth and creamy puree.

We serve the hot puree with some croutons and carrot pieces, you can add a little parsley.

Tips to get a delicious carrot puree

You can use water instead of vegetable broth, but the carrot puree is tastier if you cook the vegetables with vegetable broth.

If you prefer you can use the pressure cooker to reduce the time. If you opt for it, you will have the vegetables cooked in just 5 minutes.
